Trawenagh Bay , Donegal

Trawenagh Bay is a large estuary that exits to the sea through a narrow gap between Dooey Point and Crohey head. At low tide it dries out almost completely. Late in the afternoon, on a crisp November day, the winter sun turns the water to silver.
